- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
 - 1 pound ground beef or turkey
 - 1 packet taco seasoning
 - 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
 - 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
 - 1 avocado, diced
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/4 cup salsa
 - 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
 - 1 lime, cut into wedges (optional)
 
- 1If using ground meat, brown it in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
 - 2Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
 - 3Assemble the burrito bowls: Start with a base of cooked rice in each bowl.
 - 4Top with seasoned ground meat, black beans, and corn.
