  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
