  • 6 Bananas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 C Sugar
  • 1 C Oil
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 1 C Walnuts
  • 2 tsp Soda
  • 3 1/2 C Flour
  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan (or pans).
  2. 2In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. 3Add the eggs, sugar, oil, and milk to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. 4In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and soda.
  5. 5Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredient mixture. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. 6Fold in the walnuts.
  7. 7Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan(s).
  8. 8Bake for 50-70 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Adjust baking time based on pan size and oven.
  9. 9Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
