Banana Walnut Loaf
A classic and comforting banana bread loaded with walnuts, perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

- 6 Bananas
- 4 Eggs
- 3 C Sugar
- 1 C Oil
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1 C Walnuts
- 2 tsp Soda
- 3 1/2 C Flour
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan (or pans).
- 2In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- 3Add the eggs, sugar, oil, and milk to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- 4In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and soda.
- 5Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredient mixture. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- 6Fold in the walnuts.
- 7Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan(s).
- 8Bake for 50-70 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Adjust baking time based on pan size and oven.
- 9Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
